Second.I decided to reinstall PI 8 until I get this figured out but am having problems doing this.The telephone numer that you use to get your unlock sequence is invalid.I have emailed softwrap and Ulead but no response yet. I have done a uninstall thru control panel and delete files in Doc and settings-user and users and did several clean installs but it does the same thing.Won't run. Hi.I have two problems.One is after doing an install of PhotoImpact11 it starts to load the program and gets to where it says Loading Workspace Profile and it hangs there for about 20 seconds and then the graphic disappears and the program will not load.
